Suspended Water

Friday, July 30, 2010
I love what cameras allow us to see. Stop action and slow motion features give us insights to the wonders of nature and other events. All those little droplets look like they're floating in air. I guess the are but they move so fast we don't get to see these little gems.

Just Watered

I had a special treat this morning.  I was able to visit a lovingly cared for garden dedicated to the memory of the owner's sister.  I was amazed at the variety of plants.  Many that would normally not survive our desert heat were happy campers.  It's all about location, location, location.

Dew Drops

Water droplets are fascinating to paint and add a unique interest to piece of art. I think what intrigues viewers the most is how the artist actually accomplishes this feat. It's all in the physics of light.
