Fishing Fleet

Monday, November 22, 2010
I never actually saw anyone finishing in these boats but they are picture perfect and they were all in pristine condition.  These were some of the best kept boats I've seen in a long time.  Next time you're in Vernazza, Italy check to see if you can find any fishermen.

One Red Boat

Wednesday, October 13, 2010
For days, the little harbor in Vernazza, Italy, was void of fishing boats.  I guess that's because the weather was a little dicey if you wanted to go out fishing on one of these small vessels.  But suddenly we had great weather and all the boats that were sitting on the streets around town were in the water.  Beautiful, well kept, clean fishing boats.  All ready for a day's work.

Rainy Day in Vernazza

Friday, September 17, 2010
We were hoping the rain would wait but it didn't. As it turned out, we had a great day taking photos, watching the waves break over the jetty, shopping and of course... eating. The food here is wonderful, but that's another story. As you can see, the fishing boats stayed in the piazza today and provided us some super shots.
