Recently, when I had to dress-up for the Myntra.com Event (Click to read the post) I was in a 'Fix' about my outfit.. and like always.. I decided to stick to the Basics 'again' ..YES!! I went ahead with the new sleeveless Blazer/Jacket I bought from Vero Moda and clubbed it with a Basic White-Tank and Zara pants.. Glammed the look with Statement necklaces and Stacked bracelets .
FYI - Red lip color was a very last minute decision before clicking outfit pictures.. I was actually wearing a very nude, coral lip shade by Inglot..and the Messy side braid was actually done in the car with the use of just 3 bobby-pins , black rubber-band , and my Compact mirror.. :p
It was just a 5 mins chit-chat outside the restroom and we also managed a few shots before saying Goodbye !!..

July 19th , I attended the International Woolmark Prize India Event along with a lot of fellow Delhi Fashion Bloggers.
The Woolmark Company relaunched the International Woolmark Prize this year to help promote outstanding design talent from around the world, and through its design innovations inspire and educate consumers on the natural beauty of Merino wool.
"Pankaj and Nidhi" were announced as the winner for the International Woolmark Prize India Award and this win was much deserved .. I LOVED the Oufti.. that they showcased during the Show.. Got an opportunity to chit-chat and pose with them aswell.. Gosh!! I could see how happy they were..

Sunil Sethi, President – Fashion Design Council of India.
“The International Woolmark Prize has generated worldwide attention as more partners, retailers and media align themselves and their brands to help promote the outstanding talent that has been sourced from around the world,” explained Stuart McCullough, CEO of Australian Wool Innovation, owners of The Woolmark Company. “It has been a tough decision today and we look forward to supporting and working with Pankaj and Nidhi in the lead up to the finals in February where they have the chance to be awarded with the once in a lifetime opportunities that are on offer for the winner of the International Woolmark Prize .”
There are five regional competitions - USA, Europe, China, Australia and India – over 70 nominees across 15 countries began the journey in 2012 which will come down to one designer as judged by the most important and influential fashion industry representatives across the globe. The winners of each regional competition receive a financial grant and will travel to London courtesy of The Woolmark Company to London Fashion Week in February 2013 where they will present an entire capsule collection of Australian Merino wool and an international winner will be selected. The international winner will have his/her designs stocked by leading global retailers including Bergdorf Goodman in the USA, Harvey Nichols in the UK, 10 Corso Como in Italy, Joyce in China, Eickoff in Germany and David Jones in Australia.

We all have different Body-types and Styles.. and Embrace what you have got"

I can't believe I made it to this one.. as there was a wedding in the family , college and I had fever that was so bad my hands were shivering by the time I reached the "W for Woman " store.. But this time Srish and Akshita were missing.. and Missed ..
Okay.. so about the event..
" W for Woman " is a Brand known for its commitment Creating Fashion with Passion for the modern Indian woman. and with their New Spring Summer 2012 Collection they have surely changed my perception of the brand.. I was surprised to see the dresses , Tunics, Pants, Skirts , Bags and Jeggings designed to cater to the taste of a Office goer to a College goer..
" W for Woman " on the Launch of their Spring Summer Collection invited Delhi Bloggers to their DLF, Promenade Store to Style the Best look.. and the Theme was to go "Western" and I went all Cocktail Party with My styling.. the Look was later put on the official fb Page of the brand and was judge on the basis of the likes.. The style with maximum likes wins the " Best Spring Summer Style " and leading with the popular votes I was chosen as 'W through Social Fashionistas" winner.. Here is the look that I put together for the Contest..

I know its beyond LATE to share this with you all.. But..yes..!! Last year December 18th I was invited to IILM 's ( Lodhi Road , Delhi ) Annual IT Fest as one of the JUDGE for the Fashion Show, which is the most awaited Event of the whole Fest.. and immediately said "Yes" when I got a call from this college's organizing committee.. Such an HONOR..!!
I was Honored to be a Part of the Judging Panel..!! Its a Memory that I Cherish..!!
The feeling is beyond words when you are recognized for your work.. I am sure you people know what I am talking about.. *__*

I know I am late for this post..I have been really busy lately with a wedding in the family and college Fashion show(yes!! finally I am a Fashion Designer) would love to share more about it.. But right now I have to tell you about this amazing event I attended Last Week . Fellow Blogger Akshita from Colorific Hosted a Pamper Party Sponsored by JAFRA USA where we were introduced to the brand and their range of Cosmetics and Fragrances which they have introduced in India ..I am too tired to write more about it just going to let the Pictures to the talking..
P.S.-I love their products(which were given to me for review ) and I am going to do a review of them soon.. but for now take a look..
